Early Retirement Advice

Have you ever dreamed of moving to a different village, city, country or continent? I certainly have and lately I have a bigger urge to do so.

Personally I think passive income is the best way to make it reality.

Having lived almost my entire life in the same neighborhood and getting used to the routine of life, somehow makes me feel like there is more to life than the occasional holiday abroad.

Fair enough I’ve spent a good 3 years in a different country and it was an amazing experience. I don’t think I would have enjoyed many more years in the same country though.

But what really holds us back from moving on with our lives? When I speak of early retirement, I don’t mean an early retirement at the age of 55.

I am talking about retiring within the next year or two!

Sadly the ties of a job can hold us back from doing so. A short vacation doesn’t amount to the same as actually living in a foreign country for a few months. This is why I wanted to share some tips and pass on my early retirement advice, for you to read, consider and absorb.

How Could I Possibly Quit My job?

I’m assuming most of you have a job and some of you even have family to raise. Quitting your jobs would be unimaginable.

But neither of those things should prohibit you from exploring the world.

I’ve read interesting articles and books where people tend to retire early and instead of traveling from country to country, they have mini retirements in those countries.

So think about living in Spain for a year or two and getting to know the locals and possibly learn the language and some recipes etc.

Once you get to familiar with everything and it starts to feel like a routine again, move onto the next destination like France for example. Wouldn’t that be an interesting idea?

Not only will the experience be much richer but you will make great connections and memories through it.

Few Key Points To Make It Reality

In order to achieve this lifestyle, I think certain things would be useful, such as:

  1. Make a list of all the actual costs and expenses you need to pay. (Find out how much money you really need to live comfortably).
  2. Generate passive income and quit your job!
  3. Find a destination where living expenses are cheaper.
  4. Don’t pack too much. Only pack essentials the rest can be bought abroad.
  5. Do your research before traveling. Flying across Europe can be insanely cheap with cheap airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet.

Time To Go!

I am certain I am only a few months or possibly a few years away from making this dream reality.

The ability to make money online is so reachable, that once I generate a steady income, I will most certainly pack my bags.

If you are wondering where all my confidence comes from, I’ve been spending my last few days learning about affiliate marketing and the doors it opens for people.

Don’t shy back from a new challenge and give yourself a kick to try it out for yourselves. Who knows what you can achieve?
